(1) Install 3PCS casters. All are swivel caster wheels. The installation combination of 3PCS swivel caster wheels is suitable for handling barrel shaped or small equipment, and has good maneuverability compared to assembling 4 wheel installation methods of the same specification.
(2) Install 3PCS casters. Among them, 1 PCS swivel caster wheel and 2 PCS fixed caster wheel. The installation combination of 1PCS swivel caster wheel and 2PCS fixed castrer wheel is suitable for short distance transportation of low center of gravity, medium to light equipment, with good fixed control and economy.
(3) Install 4PCS casters. Among them, 2PCS swivel caster wheels and 2PCS fixed caster wheels. The combination of 2PCS swivel caster wheels and 2PCS fixed caster wheels is a conventional assembly method, with 2PCS fixed caster wheels at the front and 2PCS swivel caster wheels near the push armrest at the back. It is suitable for long-distance transportation of heavy equipment and is economical and durable.
(4) Install 4PCS casters. All are fixed caster wheels. The 4PCS fixed caster wheel presents a rhombic layout design, suitable for long-distance transportation of heavy equipment, and cannot be used on sloping working surfaces.
(5) Install 4PCS casters. The installation method of 2PCS fixed caster wheel, 2PCS swivel casters with brakes.2PCS swivel casters with brakes, and 2PCS fixed caster wheel includes two fixed wheels at the front and two swivel wheels with brakes near the push armrest at the rear. This assembly is suitable for long, short distance, and sloping roads.
(6) Install 4PCS casters. All are swivel caster wheels. The installation method of 4PCS swivel caster wheels is suitable for short distance transportation of heavy equipment, with excellent fixedity, and is often used for turnover work vehicles in factory workshops.
(7) Install 6PCS casters. Among them, there are 4 swivel caster wheels and 2 fixed caster wheels. The 4PCS swivel caster wheel and 2PCS fixed caster wheel methods are suitable for long-distance transportation of heavy equipment , with good handling and horizontal contact surfaces.
